Refund Policy

Linda Lanning

At Linda Lanning, transparency is essential. This policy outlines how returns are handled, under which circumstances they are accepted, and which responsibilities apply to the customer. By placing an order, the customer confirms agreement with the terms below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

A return request can only be submitted after the order has been delivered.

To qualify:

  • The return request must be sent within 15 calendar days after delivery.

  • Once written approval is granted, the item must be shipped back within 15 additional calendar days.

This results in a maximum return window of 30 days from the delivery date.

Approved returns are shipped to an international fulfillment partner, which may be located in China.

All return-related expenses — including international shipping, customs duties, import taxes, and related charges — are entirely the responsibility of the customer. These costs are non-refundable.


2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible, returned products must:

  • Be unworn and unused

  • Be unwashed and free from damage

  • Include original packaging

  • Have all original labels and tags attached

Items may be tried on briefly for fit assessment only.

Purchasing multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted under this policy.

By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges that any approved return is shipped internationally at their own expense.


3. Final Sale & Discounted Items

Products purchased during a Final Sale promotion — defined as a discount of 40% or more — are not eligible for:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

The Final Sale designation is clearly indicated prior to checkout and is binding.


4. Restocking Deduction

Approved returns are subject to a $20 restocking deduction per returned item.

This deduction covers handling, inspection, and administrative processing.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to this deduction where applicable.


5. Return Shipping Responsibility

All costs related to returning a product remain the sole responsibility of the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • International return shipping

  • Customs clearance fees

  • Import duties

  • Local taxes

Linda Lanning does not reimburse these expenses under any circumstance.


6. Time Limits

  • 15 days from delivery to submit a return request

  • 15 additional days to ship the item after approval

Requests or shipments outside this timeframe are not eligible for return or refund.


7. Defective or Faulty Products

If a product contains a verified manufacturing defect, Linda Lanning provides a guarantee.

In such cases, the customer may choose between:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A full refund

Evidence (such as photographs) may be required for assessment prior to approval.


8. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@lindalanning.com within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Await written approval and return instructions.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Ensure all return-related costs are covered.

Returns sent without valid tracking confirmation showing delivery to the designated return location cannot be processed.


9. Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued within 15 days.

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

  • Applicable deductions (including restocking fees) are applied before payment.


10. Liability & Customer Responsibility

Linda Lanning is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or incorrectly addressed.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information at checkout

  • Reporting address errors within 24 hours of placing the order
