Article 1 – Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-Off Period
The statutory period during which a consumer may withdraw from a distance agreement without providing a reason.
Consumer
A natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession who enters into an agreement with Linda Lanning.
Calendar Day
Any day of the week, including weekends and public holidays.
Continuous Agreement
An agreement providing for recurring delivery of products or services over a defined period.
Durable Medium
Any tool or format that enables information to be stored and reproduced unchanged for future reference.
Right of Withdrawal
The consumer’s legal right to terminate a distance agreement within the applicable cooling-off period.
Seller
The entity operating under the trade name Linda Lanning offering products via remote sales channels.
Distance Agreement
An agreement concluded exclusively through electronic or other remote communication methods without simultaneous physical presence.
Remote Communication Method
Any form of communication that enables agreement formation without in-person interaction.

Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms apply to all offers, purchases, and agreements concluded between Linda Lanning and consumers.
Before placing an order, customers are given access to these Terms. If direct access is temporarily unavailable, instructions will be provided explaining how to obtain them free of charge.
If specific products are subject to additional conditions, the most consumer-favorable provision shall prevail in case of conflict.
If any clause is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain fully effective. The invalid provision will be replaced with one reflecting its original intent as closely as possible.
Article 4 – Offers and Product Information
Limited-time promotions or offers subject to special conditions will be clearly identified.
All offers are non-binding and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are presented as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or design may occur due to screen settings, production processes, or lighting.

Article 5 – Formation of the Agreement
An agreement is concluded once the customer completes the checkout process and receives confirmation of the order.
Until order confirmation is issued, Linda Lanning reserves the right to decline or cancel the order.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers may return non-discounted items within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

Items purchased during a Final Sale — defined as discounts of 40% or more — are excluded from return, refund, or exchange. This condition is clearly stated prior to purchase.
Article 7 – Return Costs and Refund Processing
If a return is approved:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned goods may be sent to an international fulfillment partner.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product or after the consumer provides valid proof of shipment.
Where applicable, standard outbound shipping costs are included in the refund.
Article 8 – Exceptions to Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Article 9 – Pricing
Prices displayed during a promotional period remain valid for the duration of that promotion unless adjustments are required due to legal obligations.

Linda Lanning ensures that products meet reasonable standards of quality, functionality, and conformity with the agreement.
Statutory consumer warranty rights remain unaffected.

Orders are processed with care and diligence.
If delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be informed within a reasonable timeframe.
Estimated delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a guaranteed deadline unless explicitly agreed.
Article 12 – Payment
Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed.
Linda Lanning reserves the right to correct inaccuracies in pricing, stock availability, or product details.

Article 14 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Linda Lanning is legally registered.
Mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected.

Customers will be informed at least 30 days before substantial changes take effect, unless changes are required by law.
Article 16 – International Logistics
Linda Lanning may use international logistics partners for order fulfillment and returns.
